PAUL-MARK KALDAS

FOUNDER

While Paul-Mark’s experience has concentrated on both Corporate Commercial and Real Estate areas of practice, his law career has formed most of his decade of experience in the pharmacy industry where he managed a quarter of a billion dollars in group assets, ranging from a single-store operation to a 40-location consolidation model. Paul-Mark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.

With this enhanced specialty in pharmacy law, he focuses on legal strategies that help mould the path of a client’s business, from corporate inception to strategic mergers, acquisitions, or reorganization.

For years, Paul-Mark has assisted in legal matters concerning both pharmacies and pharmacists with buying, selling and opening pharmacies in Ontario, and has a close connection with top lending institutions in the pharmacy industry. He further assists in pharmacy incorporations, lease and partnership agreements, staff and associate relations, and matters dealing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

RAMY ELSHAMMAH

Ramy Elshammah is a young, motivated lawyer eager to provide a fresh outlook to KB Law. Ramy earned his LLB with honours from the University of Chester in the United Kingdom and was called to the Ontario Bar in September of 2021.

Ramy’s extensive network in the real estate industry has led to a new growth opportunity for the firm. Ramy’s focus in leading the real estate department of KB Law is a result of his proven capability of handling both residential and commercial transactions, facilitating purchases, sales, and refinances with both institutional and private lenders.

Ramy also has significant experience in a variety of corporate matters, including incorporations, lease agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment matters, and mergers and acquisitions.
